I seen the same problem with thumbnails not corresponding to the photos, it most annoying when trying to put a comment up and it goes against the wrong photo. I think(!) that it the imagefap indexing system takes some time to sort it's self out. How long that time it I'm not sure, but I know that if I come back the next day it is all working fine.
